Diet For 15 Days (From Cardiology Experts)

The breakfast is the same during the 15 days, and it consists of 1 fruit (pear, orange, peach, watermelon, melon, banana and grapes) rusks, a cup of coffee or tea without sugar.

Day #1

  • 1 orange
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1 pot of yogurt

Dinner

  • 2 tomatoes or 2 dl. cooked tomatoes
  • ½ clove lettuce or cucumber
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 2 rusks

Day #2

  • 1 orange
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1 pot of yogurt

Dinner

  • 125 grams boiled veal
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 orange
  • 1 rusk,
  • 1 cup of tea or coffee without sugar

Day #3

  • 1 orange
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1 pot of yogurt
  • 1 clove lettuce or cucumber

Dinner

  • 125 grams boiled veal
  • 1 orange
  • 1 rusk
  • 1 cup of tea or coffee without sugar

Day #4

  • 125 g. cow cheese
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 rusk

Dinner

  • 125 g. boiled veal
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 apple
  • 1 rusk

Day #5

  • 200 gr. Boiled meat or fish
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 rusk

Dinner

  • ½ kg. boiled vegetables (potatoes, carrots, peas)
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1 rusk

NOTE:

The meat and the boiled veggies refine with Vegeta.

Day 6 and 7 no diet.

During the diet no alcohol drinking.

After the 5th day, you’ll lose 2,5 to 5 kg, and after 2 days break, the diet repeats 3 times (5 days + 2 days break), and you will lose, without any consequences, an incredible 15 kg.

Your weight won’t come back if you eat normally after the diet, except each Monday.

In the Mondays you should consume:

  • Breakfast: 1 glass of lemon juice without sugar
  • Lunch: 1 apple, 1 cracker
  • Dinner: 1 boiled egg, 1 tomato, 1 rusk

All listed groceries can be taken cold or hot, but it is important to take them in the order indicated above and not to omit any. If not taken by order or if you change any food listed, you won’t achieve the desired effect.
