Hi, I’m Nathalie,
I’ve been married for over 5 years and I started my weight loss journey after having my second baby.
I’ve always been into fashion and weighed around 47kg. I was quite petite in stature. However, after having a second child, my weight jumped up to 65kg.
Bringing a child into this world is an amazing feeling and I cannot describe anything better. However, it did come with a lot of stress as you are about to see…
I have always been active and into sports since our younger days, but as I grew older, responsibilities, a young family and work took over everything else. I was less and less active.
I was struggling to cope with the demands of having a new baby, housework and working full time!!
But the issue was deeper …
I didn’t have any routines in place and everything was revolving around the baby.
We started eating out quite often or getting take-out every day.
I stopped going to the gym because I felt really tired all the time as soon as I got home. I just wanted to either sleep or spend all my free time with family.
I quickly started to realize how little energy I had to do fun things I wanted with my family as soon as we reached the park and walked for a while, my legs would hurt especially on the knees area.
I was extremely unhappy about the way I looked in the mirror. Even though my husband tried his best to reassure me all the time and told me I was beautiful.
I still don’t know whether it helped but I knew deep down I had to come up with something to help me get out of this mindset.
One of my biggest worries was that she couldn’t fit in my fitted clothes!
As I said, I was into fashion and own something close to 200 pairs of shoes and countless dresses, tops, and other garments, so you can imagine how distressing it must have been for me!
I used to try out 10 to 15 different outfits, trying to squeeze in them 🙁
Going out to friends’ houses was also a tedious affair. I hated being around other women because they would bring the weight issue which annoyed me even more. I don’t think people realize how little remarks can affect others’ self-esteem and confidence even though it’s not directed at anyone in particular.
When you are in a stressful situation, you naturally take things the wrong way.
The search starts
I knew I had to do something quickly to get out of this slump somehow. So I started to read a lot of stuff online for nutrition and exercise.
With my busy schedule, I didn’t want to spend ages at the gym and I also wanted to be able to eat without starving myself.
I’ve grown in an ethnic family and I’m used to eating tasty food. So I wanted my food to taste delicious while at the same time cut down my calorie intake.
After a lot of trial and error, and a shift in my mindset, I started to lose weight rapidly by following a 3 steps formula.
I went from 65kg to 49kg within 3.5 months.
I’m in the best shape of my life and can go back to do what I love the best shopping 🙂
I don’t have to look for a size up or two because I can get my normal size again!
I feel like I have so much more energy and don’t struggle taking care of my family! My energy level has increased so much and I don’t feel the need to sleep all the time.
With everything I’ve learned about weight loss, I feel that I can help other mums and women do the same and get their life back on track.
Your turn to change
The best way to lose weight is to keep things simple.
But before I even tell you what to do or even how to reach your goal, I want to ask you about your mindset.
Do you have the right mindset?
It’s one thing wishing to lose weight but it’s another when you have a burning desire to reach your goal.
Do you see how the latter is different?
When you reach a point where you have a burning desire to do anything in life, you naturally take action and this is exactly what I will teach you.
Are you ready to make that change?
I know what’s holding you back. Do you feel that you have a ton of responsibilities on your shoulders with your career, travel, deliverables, family, and friends all requiring so much attention from you?
I bet you have tried losing weight before but failed! you watched what you ate and even went running on the treadmill for hours but the weight didn’t seem to budge! Then after losing 3 to 5 pounds something happened! Like an accident or some kind of emergency, you had to attend to and it caught you off guard! Before you knew it, you lost track and put your weight back on again 🙁
I know what it feels like thinking losing weight is hard work and you are doomed to stay the way you are for the rest of your life!
This is exactly how I felt – before I took action and made a change.
You don’t have to fall in the same trap and feel down anymore. You don’t have to feel frustrated with your weight anymore. I changed my life to get lighter and feel more energetic. I’m here to help you do it too!!!
